Menus
You may substitute items on the Buffet Menus (there may be an additional charge depending on the substitution).
Booking Your Event
Due to the large number of prospective clients, your event will not be considered booked until your proposal is signed and your initial deposit has been received and acknowledged. Proposals are valid for 30 days from the proposal date.
Deposits, Payments & Guarantee
Upon the booking of your event we request an estimated number of guests and a non-refundable deposit (approx. 20%, minimum $200). Two weeks prior to your event we require a final guarantee of guests and final, non-refundable payment.
Sales Tax & Service Charges
Our menu prices do not include state and local sales taxes, hourly server, on-site chef fees, or drop-off service fees.
Beach Venues
Due to the difficulty in serving and clean-up, there will be an additional fee of $300 for venues directly on the sand.
The current tax rate is 7%.
