You may substitute items on the Buffet Menus (there may be an upcharge).
Booking Your Event
Due to the large number of prospective clients, your event will not be considered booked until your proposal is signed and your initial deposit has been received and acknowledged. The date will be closed after two deposits are received. Proposals are valid for 30 days.
Deposits, Payments & Guarantee
Upon the booking of your event, we request an estimated number of people and a non-refundable deposit (approx. 20%, minimum $200). Two weeks prior to your event, we require a final guarantee of people & final, non-refundable payment. Payment may be made by Cash, Check, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, or Discover Card.
Gratuity
Gratuity is at your discretion, and is not included in the total.
Sales Tax & Service Charges
Our menu prices do not include state & local sales taxes, labor fees, or drop-off service fees.
Beach Venues
Due to the difficulty in set-up, serving & clean-up, there will be an additional fee of $500 for venues directly on the sand (no additional charge if in pavilion).
